• Roberto Carballa
  
  Prior to founding InRoaming, the first company in Latin America dedicated to managed roaming services, Mr. Carballa worked over 30 years for SITA, Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques, ending his tenure as Head of Solution Design for Latin America and Argentina Country Manager in 2009.  Mr. Carballa is a professional with over 30 years overall experience in the Electronics and Telecommunications industries. He has broad technical knowledge combined with extensive experience in Operations, Technical integration and Provisioning of transport and access networks. Had responsibilities in the sales area, related to complex IT solutions.
  Mr. Carballa is a Systems Analyst from the ORT Institute of Technology in Buenos Aires and holds a Masters in Business Administration from IEDE in Madrid, Spain.
  
  
  
  
• Carlos García Morato
  
  Mr. García Morato began his career in the Audit Department of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Buenos Aires. He worked ten years for Schlumberger, the world leading oilfield services company, based in Latin America and the Middle East, with responsibility over Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and later Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Turkey and Jordan. In 1993 he joined Ladbrokes, the owner of Hilton International and several gambling casinos, lottery offices and betting operations, as Financial Director in charge of new operations in Argentina, Brazil, Peru and Venezuela.
  

  
  

  In 1998, he became CFO of Service Corporation International, a world leading company engaged in providing funeral services and the administration of cemeteries. SCI invested over US$ 300 million in Latin America over a two-year period acquiring twenty companies in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. In May 2000 he became VP Finance of CollectiveMind Inc. a company covering the e-business consulting market. Mr. García Morato is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He has attended several postgraduate courses included Management (Arthur Andersen 1987), and Executive Seminars (London Business School 1996).
